Hmmm….life on tea
Chapter 1
As the sky became dark and started to thunder, he was sitting on his bed under a blanket near the window sipping on a cup of tea. Suddenly, he put the cup on the table beside him and ran outside. He realized that his wife had left some clothes to dry on the clothes line in the backyard. As he took all the clothes inside the house and put them in the dryer, it started to rain heavily. Then the phone rang. It was his wife calling to ask him whether he needed soup or medicine from the store for his cold.
He decided to make some tea for his wife and himself and then turned the TV on. The news anchors were talking about the weather and flooding in some parts of the city. He turned on the stove and placed some Jasmine tea in the water and went to watch the TV. He heard a loud thunder near his backyard that made him jump from his seat and then the power went out. He decide to sit on the recliner and rest until his wife came back home.
